Food Allergy and Intolerance Information
University of North Dakota Dining Services makes every effort to accommodate the various dietary requirements of our students and guests. We are committed to food safety measures and educate our employees on the subject of food allergies and intolerances. Students with special dietary needs or food allergies need to make those needs known to Dining Services staff. Self-reporting insures that all parties have access to the information necessary to keep you healthy and safe. We are happy to visit with you regarding your dietary needs.
