Squires Dining Center
After recent renovations, Squires Dining Center is now open. Renovations resulted in a completely renewed dining environment with market-style dining, restaurant seating, contemporary decor and display cooking. Students have the option to choose ingredients and watch their meal being prepared in front of them. The renovated dining center features stations including:
- Comfort Cooking
- Fire Grilled Italiano
- Cuisine d'jour
- Greens Plus Salad Bar
- Deli with Panini Grills
- OPEN Monday - Friday: 7 - 9:30am (breakfast); 10:30am - 1:30pm (lunch); 4:30 - 7pm (dinner)
- To Go Counter: open 7-10:30am and 1:30 - 4:30pm
